Yes, it looks quite similar. Both of libraries are based on cls-hooked (note: I’m planning to migrate cls-rtracer to AsyncLocalStorage API in the nearest future).
P.S. It seems that express-correlation-id uses UUID V4 algorithm for id generation. UUID V1 is a better choice for such libraries. See this issue for more details:
